Viticulture and production
We let it macerate for 45 days with spices and aromatic herbs from the Aitana, Serrella, and Mariola mountain ranges. Afterwards, we sweeten it with a little sugar and stevia.

Tasting and pairing
Bright garnet, deep color. Red and black fruits, citrus peel, fennel, cinnamon, sage, wormwood, elegant and sweet evolving aromas. Very luscious, but not cloying, reminiscent of a good artisanal vermouth, and unique because its base comes from our "Memòries" red wine, blending the typical grape notes with those of aromatic herbs and spices. It works both as an aperitif, with olives and citrus peel, and as a "Dessert Vermouth."
