Viticulture and production
100% Graciano, a typical Rioja variety and a key component in the production of the Denomination's great wines. In this case, it is made on its own, without blending with other varieties. Pre-fermentation maceration in stainless steel for 3 days at 13-14°C with long pump-overs. On the fourth day, fermentation begins at a temperature between 25 and 27°C, preserving the purity of the primary aromas. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting and pairing
In appearance, it has an intense cherry-red color with high chromatic intensity, characteristic of this variety. On the nose, it is aromatically powerful, with ripe forest fruits predominating, but also revealing interesting floral notes, certain mineral nuances, and black pepper. A strong aromatic presence. On the palate, it has a powerful entry but a smooth passage marked by gentle, silky tannins, providing great breadth on the finish. High and very well-integrated acidity softens the initial power, making it lighter and fresher on the palate. Excellently integrated oak adds complexity. Pairs well with red meats, game, fatty meats, grilled meats, and dark chocolate.
