Tasting and pairing
It has a bright yellow color. On the nose, it is lively and vibrant, with prominent aromas of citrus, some tropical fruit, and a playful hint of banana. The nose is very clean. On the palate, it possesses extraordinary balance and freshness thanks to the acidity of the Viura grape. The retronasal aromas are the same as those detected on the nose, but much more pronounced. It has a long finish. Recommended with salads, light rice dishes, grilled fish, and appetizers.
