Viticulture and production
The grapes were destemmed, and fermentation began 48 hours later at a controlled temperature for 8 days with selected yeasts, followed by a 12-day maceration. It was then aged for 6 months in French oak barrels on its lees. Afterward, it was filtered and bottled to preserve all its aromas and flavors.

Tasting and pairing
Golden yellow in color with intense orange highlights, it offers aromas of white fruits like candied pear and a pronounced floral character, such as orange blossom, along with hints of spices like vanilla. On the palate, it is elegant and full-bodied, very silky and smooth, with a long finish and excellent structure that denotes a wine of great complexity due to its time in oak barrels. A wine to be savored until the virtuosity of the Solista fades.

Additional information
Serving temperature between 12 and 14 degrees.
Terra Alta enjoys a continental Mediterranean climate with cold winters (average minimum temperatures of 1–2 °C in January and February) and very hot, dry summers (maximum temperatures of up to 34 °C in July and August). Rainfall is moderate (350–500 mm annually), concentrated in spring and autumn, and the strong northwesterly wind known as the "cerç" blows. Humidity varies from 82% in winter to 51% in summer. These conditions—intense sunshine, marked temperature cycles, and balanced rainfall—are ideal for the balanced ripening of the grapes and the production of DO Terra Alta wines.
