Tasting and pairing
A medium-bodied Tempranillo, very clean, bright, and fresh, with a raspberry color and violet highlights. Intense and extremely aromatic, with notes of fresh forest fruits, blackberries, and raspberries, floral hints, and freshly baked bread. With high acidity, its flavor is powerful, concentrated, and vibrant, given the wide range of nuances on the palate. Serve between 8 and 10ºC. Vitality at its finest. A cheerful and youthful rosé that defies expectations. You've never tasted anything like it.

Additional information
Bodegas Zapata is a family-run winery founded by Ramón and Aitor Zapata as a tribute to their two great passions: wine and horses. This boutique winery prioritizes quality over quantity. Annual production is limited to 60,000 bottles, and some wines are produced in fewer than 1,000 bottles. This limited and exclusive nature is especially valued by wine lovers. Bodegas Zapata wines are made exclusively with grapes from the Ribera del Duero DO (Tinta del País and Albillo Mayor) and the Rueda DO (Verdejo), sourced from vineyards with historic vines, some over a century old. Every process involved in making Bodegas Zapata wines is 100% artisanal, from bush vine training to gentle pruning, from hand-harvesting to manual punch-downs during fermentation. Furthermore, they use new French oak barrels to age their most exclusive wines. Each bottle of Bodegas Zapata reflects the unique identity and terroir of the Ribera del Duero region, with intense aromas, an elegant structure, and a complexity of flavors that evolves over time, offering an unparalleled sensory experience. Historic vineyards, over 50 years old, are located in the municipality of La Horra at an altitude of 857 meters.
