Viticulture and production
A young red wine made with the indigenous Giró variety and a touch of Syrah from old vines. Reviving the tradition of light, pale wines, it highlights the freshness of the Mediterranean through dry-farmed viticulture with the utmost respect. Winemaking begins in the vineyard, thinning the grapes and leaving a low yield, selecting only the loosest bunches to ensure even ripening. Made with a clean approach, it undergoes fermentation with native yeasts and whole, uncrushed berries in small stainless steel tanks. Neither fining nor stabilization is performed.

Tasting and pairing
Light cherry in color, this wine stands out for its intense fruitiness, clearly expressing its terroir. Blood-red notes emerge from the soil, and aromas of red fruit and Mediterranean undergrowth are prominent. The wine has light, pleasant tannins and a long, persistent finish.
