    Organic. Winemaking takes place at very low temperatures. The wine matures in stainless steel tanks for approximately 3 months.

  • Tasting and pairing

    Pale yellow with golden highlights. Intense nose, with lemony and exotic notes. The attack is lively and fresh, followed by subtle and complex notes of citrus and exotic fruits. The finish is aromatic and elegant.

  • Additional information

    Domaine de Montahuc. Vines over 25 years old are pruned into a goblet shape. There is no irrigation.
