Viticulture and production
Spontaneous fermentation with the yeasts present on the grape skins over three weeks. Minimal addition of sulfites. Aged for 15 months in new French Allier oak barrels. Light filtration, maximum respect.

Tasting and pairing
Deep red color with garnet highlights. Minerality and ripe fruit on the nose. Full-bodied, it fills the mouth with soft tannins. A long finish where the fruit returns alongside balsamic notes that invite another sip.
