Tasting and pairing
Surprising for its intense flavor and the integration of acidity with a notable alcohol content. Slightly citrusy. Pairs well with grilled seafood and legumes with Iberian cured meats.

The Mediterranean climate is temperate, with very little rainfall. We are 4 km from the sea, and a breeze is ever-present in the mornings. In the afternoons, a north wind (cierzo) usually blows, drying the air slightly. Temperatures rarely exceed 30ºC and very seldom drop below 0ºC; this favorable climate ensures the freshness of the wines. It is said that all the best wine-producing regions in the world are located near large bodies of water, whether marine or continental.
