Viticulture and production
The grapes are destemmed and undergo a pre-fermentation maceration in stainless steel tanks for 3-4 hours at a controlled temperature. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 12°C and 15°C for the following 20 days. Gentle daily lees stirring (batonnage) continues for almost three months.

Tasting and pairing
A fresh and balanced wine, very pleasant to drink. Pale pink in color, very attractive and easy to love. A fragrant wine without being cloying. The aromas of citrus and fresh red fruits give it a very fresh and pleasant character. A very flavorful, intense, and refreshing wine, an ideal choice both to enjoy by the glass or to accompany a meal.

The second vintage of NO T'HO DIRÉ ROSADO. A pale pink rosé wine made from Garnacha Tinta grapes. Production: 650 bottles. Burgundy bottle. Natural cork (45 x 24 mm). Cardboard box of 6 bottles. Serving temperature: 10-12°C. Recommended glass: Syrah style.
