Viticulture and production
The four varieties come from smallholdings with limestone soil located in the Comtat region, are hand-harvested, and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are followed by aging in oak vats for 12 months.

Tasting and pairing
Bright garnet, medium-high intensity. Red and black fruit aromas. Balsamic notes, undergrowth, fallen leaves, leather, and earth. The aromas that develop are very elegant and classic. Abundant ripe and stewed fruit, very round tannins with a touch of bitterness that adds length to the finish. Pairs well with all types of meat and stews, small game (partridge, rabbit, hare), cheeses, creamy rice dishes, and pasta.
