Viticulture and production
The grapes underwent a very brief pre-fermentation maceration in stainless steel tanks, followed by cold bleeding by gravity. The must fermented at 14 degrees Celsius for 28 days. It then remained on its lees for 3 months. Finally, it was clarified and bottled.

Tasting and pairing
In the visual phase, we find a light pale pink hue followed by a sweet and floral burst marked by a notable Atlantic influence. On the nose, we appreciate an ideal blend of Tempranillo, providing structure, alongside the century-old Garnacha and its intense aromatic profile. It boasts an elegant floral and red fruit aroma. Smooth and silky on the palate, with medium acidity and a pleasant finish.
