Viticulture and production
A white wine fermented and aged in raw clay amphorae, which imparts a rebellious, revolutionary character. Sustainable viticulture, selected grapes hand-harvested in 10kg crates. Old bush vines, strictly dry-farmed. Ferrous clay-loam soils. Winemaking begins in the vineyard, crafted with a clear vision, fermentation with native yeasts, and maceration for five days with the skins and some stems. Fermented in 350L Carles Llarch amphorae and then aged for five months on its fine lees. A spontaneous flor develops during the final month of aging. Bottled directly from the amphora, without fining or stabilization to preserve its character.

Tasting and pairing
Intense yellow color with golden highlights. Great aromatic potential where we would highlight the aromas of rose petals, dried roses, orange peel, jasmine,
Orange blossom. They also exude mineral and pungent notes that give it
Character and expressiveness. It stands out as a fresh and vertical wine. Well-structured and full-bodied thanks to aging on the lees. The development of flor adds a touch of umami and salinity. It pairs perfectly with typical traditional dishes such as paella, rockfish, or exquisite red prawns from Denia. Due to its production characteristics, it is also ideal for grilled white meats or even sushi for the more adventurous. -
