Winemaking in both concrete and stainless steel tanks. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels that have contained 2 to 4 wines.

Deep garnet red. Elegant aromas of small black fruits. Subtly woody. Hints of cherry, blackberry, and spice. Soft tannins and a cocoa finish. A balanced and characterful Minervois.
