The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.

The nose is fruity and delicate. On the palate, we discover aromas of black cherry and sour cherry. The tannins are soft, and the finish is slightly spicy. This is our first vintage of red wine. A wine bursting with fruit.

Domaine de Montahuc. Our 10 hectares of vineyards are situated on a limestone plateau, between 250 and 280 meters above sea level, in Saint-Jean-de-Minervois (40 km north of Narbonne). The soil is very stony and shallow. Vines over 20 years old
