Barranco del Prado 2022 – Unique Vineyard

Destemmed, macerated and drained, with spontaneous fermentation. Aged for 5 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 5 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks to add complexity and body.

It has the fluidity and fruitiness of a Garnacha rosé, with the complexity and volume on the palate that comes from aging on its lees.

Sandy soil. Hand-harvested in mid-September, in 11 kg crates. Bunch selection. Average yield 6,000 kg/ha. Bottled: April 2025. 975 bottles

The 2024 vintage was characterized by a summer without extreme temperatures and whose end was marked by cold temperatures, helping a very good phenolic ripening.
