Tasting and pairing
A particularly fruity wine with an elegant nose. Very light on the palate, it hides its
Power lies behind a vibrant acidity. With a modernist aesthetic, it's a tribute to theater people and the emotions they evoke. Pairing: Warm mushroom salad with smoked cod, brie mille-feuille. -

The Mediterranean climate is temperate, with very little rainfall. We are 4 km from the sea, and a breeze is ever-present in the mornings. In the afternoons, a north wind (cierzo) usually blows, drying the air slightly. Temperatures rarely exceed 30ºC and very seldom drop below 0ºC; this favorable climate ensures the freshness of the wines. It is said that all the best wine-producing regions in the world are located near large bodies of water, whether marine or continental.
