Auore Minervoise 2023

Organic. Vinification is carried out at very low temperatures, followed by a short aging period in stainless steel tanks.

Pale pink in color, the lively and powerful attack is accompanied by fresh, luscious fruit. The long finish rests on a fine and delicate balance between freshness and voluptuousness, giving this cuvée all the charm of the Aurores Minervoises. Delicious as an aperitif and throughout a meal, this wine is the perfect accompaniment to summer salads, grilled meats, and pan-fried dishes.

Domaine de Montahuc. Our vineyards are situated on a limestone plateau at an altitude of between 280 and 300 meters, in Saint-Jean-de-Minervois (40 km north of Narbonne). The soil is very stony and shallow. The vines, over 25 years old, are bush-trained. No irrigation. Hand-harvested.
