Natural Air 2022

A still wine from the 2022 vintage, made from 100% natural grapes and certified organic. The vines are the Airén variety and over 70 years old. It has a high residual sugar content of 19 g/L. Only 10% of the grapes are pressed during production. Bottled in spring 2021.

In tasting, it gives aromas and flavors that make it ideal in pastry making or in contrasting pairings, such as spicy foods.

75 cl Bordeaux bottle. Silicone stopper to prevent deterioration over time, as this is a wine with great aging potential. Batch B-2022 with 77 numbered bottles.
