Viticulture and production
Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. Daily punch-downs and gentle pump-overs. Aged for 12-14 months, depending on the variety, in lightly toasted French Allier oak barrels. 20% in new 300L barrels from different casks and the rest in second-year 225L barrels. No filtration or fining. This may result in slight sediment over time.

Tasting and pairing
Cherry red with a violet rim and slow, thin tears. Good aromatic intensity, with red fruits and violets, notes of aromatic herbs (rosemary and thyme), and minerals. A pleasant and well-balanced palate. Long finish with abundant ripe fruit and mineral flavors.
