Viticulture and production
Using the wine base of our "Shhh..." wine, once finished, we put it in stainless steel tanks along with aromatic herbs from the Aitana, Xortà and Serrella mountain ranges (thyme, rosemary, sage, chamomile, etc.), spices and sweetener (90% Stevia) and let it macerate for between 45 and 60 days, with gentle stirring to integrate all the ingredients and fortifying it with wine alcohol until it reaches 15% alcohol by volume.

Tasting and pairing
Lemon-yellow in color, this vermouth boasts prominent fruity and herbal aromas typical of the grape variety, along with floral nuances such as eucalyptus and lavender. On the palate, it is full-bodied, luscious, easy to drink, and smooth, without being cloying thanks to the addition of Stevia, which makes it less dense than a conventional vermouth. Due to its complexity, we produce only 250 bottles per vintage. It works equally well as an aperitif or a dessert wine.
