Viticulture and production
Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks of different sizes. Daily punch-downs and gentle pump-overs. Aged for 14-18 months, depending on the variety, in lightly toasted French Allier oak barrels. 20% in new 300L barrels from different casks and the rest in second-year 225L barrels. No filtration or fining. This may result in slight sediment over time.

Tasting and pairing
Elegant, balanced, and desirable. Ruby red with violet highlights. Aromas of dark fruit (berries and plum) and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied, ample, and flavorful. Well-structured, fresh, and with ripe tannins. A long finish with notes of ripe fruit and minerality. A wine to enjoy now and in the future.

A very important wine for the winery, this is the first TOCS of our new era, the era of local and Mediterranean varieties. Production of 2,400 bottles. Bordeaux-style bottle from the European series. Natural Flor cork, 49 x 24 mm. Cardboard box of 6 bottles. Optionally, a wooden box of 6 bottles is available, with PEFC certification, guaranteeing that the wood comes from ecologically and sustainably managed forests. Serving temperature: 16-18°C. Open the bottle one hour before serving and decant. Recommended glass: Syrah glass.
