Viticulture and production
The grapes are carefully selected. Harvested by hand and gently pressed to extract the colorless free-run juice. A large portion ferments in stainless steel tanks, and fermentation finishes in the bottle, giving it the fine, perfectly integrated bubbles that make it unique. Using the ancestral method, we have transformed the Tempranillo grape variety into a very special "white of blacks." Serving temperature: 6-8ºC

Tasting and pairing
Its pale yellow color hints at a surprising discovery: an ancestral wine with a refreshing nose, citrus notes, and an explosive palate of very fine, well-integrated bubbles. A very sweet and fresh mouthfeel. The structure of a red wine with the freshness of a white. An explosion of sensations that will not leave you indifferent. Ideal for pairing with appetizers, green salads, and seafood.

Additional information
Agrícola Pallarades was born from the renovation of the "Cal Pallarades" winery and the enthusiasm of a grandson who, as a child, wanted to continue working the land, cultivating vines, and transforming the grapes into wine himself. Josep Armengol, an agricultural engineer by training, is the one who made this dream a reality in 2020, beginning to produce his own wines.
