Viticulture and production
Destemmed and macerated with spontaneous fermentation, without the use of selected yeasts. Separate fermentation of the varieties and blending prior to malolactic fermentation. 12 months, 30% in Slavonian oak barrels and 70% in concrete tanks.

Tasting and pairing
Intense, with aromas of wild berries, ripe figs, thyme, and lavender. On the palate, it is smooth and textured, with fine tannins that make it easy to drink and a finish of ripe Grenache. Optimal drinking time is now or within the next 5 years.

Hand-harvested in early October, in 11 kg crates. Bunch selection. Average yield 6,000 kg/ha. Bottled: April 2025. 15,865 bottles. Atkin points: 91
The 2023 vintage was characterized by extreme drought and very high temperatures. This resulted in excellent vine health due to the lack of humidity, lower acidity, and also high-quality grapes in vineyards with slower ripening.
