Tasting and pairing
Delicate and fresh, with aromas of red fruit, strawberry candy, and aromatic herbs. Onion skin in color. Especially luscious and captivating. Pairs well with Galician-style octopus, grilled turbot, and pasta dishes without cream.

The Mediterranean climate is temperate, with very little rainfall. We are 4 km from the sea, and a breeze is ever-present in the mornings. In the afternoons, a north wind (cierzo) usually blows, drying the air slightly. Temperatures rarely exceed 30ºC and very seldom drop below 0ºC; this favorable climate ensures the freshness of the wines. It is said that all the best wine-producing regions in the world are located near large bodies of water, whether marine or continental.
