Viticulture and production
With carefully selected grapes, hand-harvested in crates, this wine undergoes gentle pressing and a subsequent slow reduction over 5 or 6 days to concentrate all the aromas, sugars, and acidity. It is then fermented in a clay amphora. The result is a wine with a distinctive freshness and aroma.

Tasting and pairing
This sweet wine is made from Macabeo grapes using ancient Roman methods: after reducing the must, it is fermented in amphorae, resulting in a wine that captivates with its unique character, freshness, and aromas of white fruit, apple compote, and citrus. On the palate, it is luscious, intense, fruity, and refreshing. It pairs beautifully with foie gras, in cocktails, and with desserts. Serving temperature: 8-12ºC

Additional information
Agrícola Pallarades was born from the renovation of the "Cal Pallarades" winery and the enthusiasm of a grandson who, as a child, wanted to continue working the land, cultivating vines, and transforming the grapes into wine himself. Josep Armengol, an agricultural engineer by training, is the one who made this dream a reality in 2020, beginning to produce his own wines.
