Viticulture and production
With a careful selection of grapes and hand-harvested into crates, this wine is made by vinifying the two varieties separately. A meticulous process with the fine lees and their subsequent blending will yield a fresh wine, full of Mediterranean character.

A fruity white wine. Tropical aromas and aniseed notes create a harmonious blend of aroma and flavor. This Macabeo and Xarel-lo blend offers a delicate, acidic, smooth, and persistent entry on the palate. Its refreshing character makes it ideal for pairing with food or enjoying on its own. Serving temperature: 8-10ºC

Additional information
Agrícola Pallarades was born from the renovation of the "Cal Pallarades" winery and the enthusiasm of a grandson who, as a child, wanted to continue working the land, cultivating vines, and transforming the grapes into wine himself. Josep Armengol, an agricultural engineer by training, is the one who made this dream a reality in 2020, beginning to produce his own wines.
