Tasting and pairing
Medium intensity, ruby color. Clean, expressive, with notes of red fruit, spices, and limestone. On the palate, it's a fruity, easy-drinking, and balanced wine. A good example of an unoaked Monastrell. A very versatile wine, especially appealing with tapas. It also pairs well with salads, rice dishes, pizzas, hamburgers, sandwiches, and pasta with Bolognese sauce. It's worth noting that it complements Thai, Chinese, and Japanese cuisine very well.
