Viticulture and production
Organic. Skin maceration at low temperature for 4 hours. Free-run juice is drawn off from the tank. Static settling by cold stabilization. Alcoholic fermentation in 225L and 300L French oak barrels. Aged for 2-3 months in barrel. A minimum of 48 months on the lees in underground cellars. No sugar is added at disgorgement, resulting in a sugar-free Brut Nature Gran Reserva Cava.

Tasting and pairing
Straw yellow with golden highlights. Clean and bright, with very fine and elegant bubbles that linger on the surface. A very intense Cava aromatically, dominated by stone fruit aromas such as peach and apricot, with some notes of white flowers and apple. Other nuances are also perceptible.
Herbal and nutty notes (green almond, hazelnut, and walnut), along with subtle smoky and bakery hints, denote its long bottle aging. Intense yet elegant. Very fresh and full-bodied. It has structure, and its acidity lends it great vibrancy and verticality. The bubbles are very fine and pleasing to the palate. The aftertaste leaves a lingering, creamy sensation. -
