Tasting and pairing
Medium to high intensity, ruby color. Complex nose, quite "Mediterranean," balsamic and spicy. A rich, flavorful wine with firm tannins and a pleasant, lingering mineral finish. A Monastrell with character, suitable for aging. Excellent wine for barbecues, grilled steaks, and home-cooked stews. Delicious with grilled lamb ribs.
